I had high hopes for Diana Travel, but my experience was disappointing. The service was lackluster, and the promised tailored holiday felt generic. The company's claims of sustainability seem more like marketing buzz than genuine effort. Definitely not worth the hassle.
I had high hopes for Diana Travel, but my experience fell short. The promised personalized service felt generic, lacking any real attention to detail. Tours were disorganized, and the communication was frustratingly poor. While Turkey’s beauty is undeniable, this agency did little to enhance my experience. Save your money.
I was let down by my experience booking with Diana Travel. Although they advertise personalized holidays, my trip felt rushed and badly planned. The staff appeared uninterested, and rather than enjoying the special adventure I’d been promised, I felt like just another tourist. Communication was poor, and many local traditions were brushed aside instead of being properly appreciated. Given how beautiful the destination is, I expected more from a travel agency that claims to be experienced. I wouldn’t recommend Diana Travel to anyone looking for an authentic Turkish experience.
