I was really disappointed with my experience using TopView Sightseeing. The bus schedules were inconsistent, leaving us waiting for far too long. The audio commentary was barely audible and lacked depth, making it difficult to appreciate the sights. Additionally, the frequent stops mixed with heavy traffic resulted in a frustratingly long tour. While the discounts seem enticing, the overall service doesn't match up. I expected more for what I paid; I wouldn’t recommend it.

I was really let down by my experience with TopView Sightseeing in New York. The buses were packed, and the audio commentary kept cutting out or was hard to hear. Even though I paid for a premium service, the staff appeared overwhelmed and offered little help. The advertised discounts seemed misleading, and the routes were poorly organized. I spent more time waiting for buses than taking in the sights. Save your money!
