I recently tried CHARGE NOW, and I was quite disappointed. Although they boast extensive charging points, many were out of service or hard to locate. The app's interface is confusing, leading to wasted time and frustration. Additionally, the transparent pricing isn’t as straightforward as promised; unexpected fees popped up during my first use. Customer service was slow to respond, leaving me feeling stranded. Overall, I expected more from such a prominent service in the electric vehicle charging market.
