I was disappointed with iCabbi's services after hearing so much hype. Their dispatch technology, though advertised as advanced, felt clunky and unintuitive. Customer support was slow to respond, impacting our operations significantly. Furthermore, the promised automation features didn't perform as expected, leading to increased frustration among our drivers. Overall, it seems iCabbi has more style than substance.
