I had high expectations for Samsung.com, especially regarding their promotions and product offerings, but I was sorely disappointed. Navigating the site felt cumbersome, and my desired products were often out of stock. The requirement of creating a Samsung account just to access certain features is frustrating and unnecessary. Additionally, the lack of clear information about Samsung TV Plus left me confused rather than informed. Overall, the user experience was subpar, making it more of a hassle than a helpful shopping destination. Samsung needs to improve their website and stock management significantly.
