I had high expectations for Wishpel based on their claims of a wide selection and helpful customer service. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The website was difficult to navigate, and I struggled to find the products I needed. When I contacted customer service, I found them unresponsive and unhelpful. The quality of some items I received didn’t match the descriptions, leaving me frustrated. Overall, I don’t think I’ll be shopping at Wishpel again; it wasn't worth the hassle.
