Diamond Bus

I recently needed help planning a trip to the airport using the Diamond Bus service. After downloading their app, I found it confusing and outdated. The bus schedules were inaccurate, causing me to miss my flight. Customer service was unresponsive. Overall, a frustrating experience that left me stranded and disappointed. Would not recommend.
