I was very disappointed with my experience using Cycloon for deliveries. Although they promote their environmentally friendly approach, the service itself was far from reliable. My packages arrived late, and customer support was difficult to reach when problems came up. The prices also felt too high for the level of service provided. I expected more from a company that says it values sustainability and social responsibility. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend them based on my experience.
