I was excited to order a hat from Hatroom.nl given their vast selection, but the experience was disappointing. The sizing advice seemed unreliable, leading to a poor fit despite following their instructions. Additionally, customer service was unresponsive when I reached out for assistance. The quality of the hat I received wasn't as impressive as advertised either. Overall, I expected more from a "fastest growing company," but I left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied.
