I ordered a dress from Azzlee for an important event, but it arrived with a damaged zipper. When I reached out for help, their customer service was unresponsive for days. The return process took longer than promised, leaving me scrambling last minute. Very disappointing experience overall.

I was disappointed with my experience at Azzlee. The clothing felt cheap, the sizes were off, and customer service was unhelpful. Won't shop again!
