I was disappointed with my experience at Dreame Global. The variety of smart robot vacuum cleaners was appealing, but I found the product descriptions vague and lacking detail. Customer service was unresponsive when I sought clarification about features. Additionally, the promotional discount felt misleading, as the overall pricing did not seem competitive. I was excited about trying their products based on the brand's reputation, but the execution left much to be desired. I expected better quality and support for such a well-known company.
