I recently ordered from this online plant store and was disappointed. While they boast about a wide selection, my order took far too long to arrive, and when it finally did, one of the plants was damaged and the other looked unhealthy. Their customer service was unresponsive, making it nearly impossible to resolve the issue. The free one-year guarantee feels meaningless when there’s no support after purchasing. I expected better quality and service based on their claims. Definitely won't be back.
