While they claim to provide support for veterans and their families, the helpline was unhelpful and unresponsive when I reached out for assistance. The website seems more focused on promoting donations than actually offering meaningful help. Additionally, the stories highlighted felt insincere and marketing-driven rather than genuine achievements. I expected better transparency and true support for our veterans. Regrettably, I won't be recommending them to anyone in need.
