Despite the recent closure of Thread, I appreciate the innovative spirit the founders brought to the fashion industry. Their vision of combining AI with personal styling made finding the right outfits accessible and enjoyable. Although shopping with them is no longer an option, I found their customer service responsive during my time as a customer. It’s clear that they genuinely cared about their clientele. I wish the team all the best in their future endeavors.
