I recently booked a tour through SuperCracow, and I was left disappointed. Despite their claim of high-quality service, the tour was disorganized and lacked knowledgeable guides. Communication was poor, and I found the customer support unhelpful when addressing my concerns. The promise of "unique tours selected by experts" fell flat; the experience felt rushed and generic. While the option for free cancellation is commendable, I wish I had taken advantage of it. Overall, I expected more from a company that touts itself as a leader in tourism. Save your money and look elsewhere.
