While the concept of outdoor cooking is appealing, my experience with Home of BBQ was disappointing. The variety of products felt overwhelming, and the customer service was lacking. When I sought advice from the staff, their knowledge seemed superficial. Additionally, the atmosphere in the showroom lacked warmth and engagement, making the visit underwhelming and uninviting. Overall, I expected more.
