I was really disappointed with my experience using Login.gov. The process felt unnecessarily complicated and not user-friendly, which made accessing government services more frustrating than it should be. I encountered several glitches that led to delays in setting up my account, and the customer support wasn’t very helpful. It seems like a good idea on paper, but in practice, it lacks the efficiency and simplicity we expect from a government service.
