I was disappointed with my recent experience at Rockmans. While the promise of discounts and rewards sounded appealing, I found the selection limited and the quality lacking. The free shipping offer is nice, but you have to spend a lot to qualify. I also had issues with the return process, which felt more complicated than it should have been. Overall, the shopping experience did not meet my expectations, and I doubt I will return anytime soon.
