I was excited to try KoreConX, but the experience fell short. While the platform tries to be comprehensive, it's overly complicated and lacks clear navigation. Customer support is unresponsive, leaving many questions unanswered. Additionally, the emphasis on "education" feels more like a marketing ploy than genuine assistance. I expect more reliability from a service aimed at private capital markets.
