I appreciate convenient train discounts and sightseeing perks, though I’d like more information about redemption.

I had high hopes for my Italian train journey, but the experience fell short. Booking tickets was frustrating due to unclear pricing, and despite advertised discounts for children, the process was convoluted. Also, the site’s insistence on removing items from the cart when changing currency felt unnecessarily rigid. Once on the train, delays were frequent, making our itinerary chaotic. Overall, this was not the smooth travel experience I expected, leaving me disappointed and stressed instead of enjoying Italy.
