My experience with Ambetter Health was frustrating. The website feels cluttered and repetitive, so it’s hard to navigate and find the information you need. I also felt pushed to pay premiums without getting clear guidance about my coverage options. It’s disappointing that plans aren’t available in some states, either. Overall, I expected a simpler, more user-friendly experience for my health insurance needs.
