OCBC promotes itself as a progressive bank, but my experience has been disappointing. Their online platform feels cluttered and confusing, making financial management tedious. Additionally, while they boast about sustainability, their customer service lacks the same commitment. It's frustrating when a bank prioritizes flashy features over effective support for its clients.
