I often experienced glitches that either delayed the payment process or resulted in errors. Additionally, the app's coverage is inconsistent, with various locations experiencing connectivity issues. The customer service was unresponsive when I sought help, adding to my frustration. Despite its high ratings, I found it more of a hassle than a solution for my parking needs. I'm disappointed and would advise caution.
