IKEA’s recent product recalls, particularly for power banks and chargers due to safety hazards, have severely tarnished their reputation. The ongoing issues with defective mirrors add to the concern. While they market themselves as affordable and innovative, the potential dangers of their products overshadow these claims. Customer service seems overwhelmed, making it difficult to address these urgent problems effectively. I expected better quality and safety from such a well-known brand. Disappointed.
