Find a Grave

I was disappointed with my experience on Find a Grave. The user interface is cluttered and confusing, making it difficult to locate information. I encountered multiple errors while trying to sign in, and the whole process felt frustrating. Additionally, the lack of supportive customer service left me feeling neglected. While the idea is commendable, the execution leaves much to be desired. I expected a smoother experience for something dedicated to memorializing loved ones.

After multiple attempts to sign in, my account was even locked due to failed logins. Navigating the site felt confusing, and I struggled to find relevant information about grave sites. It needs improvement.
