I was really disappointed with my experience at Make a Dog Smile. The selection was limited, and many items were out of stock, making it hard to find what I wanted. When I reached out to their customer service for assistance, the response was slow and unhelpful. Overall, the shopping experience felt more like a chore than a fun outing. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
