I had high hopes when choosing Kings Estates based on their claims of superior service, but my experience was disappointing. Communication was often lacking, and I felt like just another number. The promised "expert knowledge" didn’t translate into concrete advice, leaving me frustrated throughout the process. Additionally, their valuation was surprisingly low, which didn't match my expectations. I definitely wouldn't recommend them if you're looking for a smooth and stress-free property experience.
