I was let down by how this check deposit service performed. Although it promises security and efficiency, I ran into delays and unclear support. The mobile app was awkward and slow to respond, making it hard to know what was happening with my deposits. The advertised “guaranteed funds” also proved less simple than expected. Getting everything set up was frustrating for my team, too. Overall, the service fell short, and I wouldn’t recommend it to other businesses.

My funds were delayed several times, which was frustrating and inconvenient. Customer service also fell short, and getting help in a timely manner was difficult. I expected the smooth experience they advertised, but the process felt complicated and unreliable instead. I won’t use them to cash checks again.
