I had high hopes for the Huurcommissie, but my experience was disappointing. The website is cluttered and confusing, making it hard to navigate. The processes seem slow and bureaucratic, leaving me frustrated with delays in communication. Additionally, the information provided felt vague and unhelpful. I expected more support and clarity regarding my issues as a tenant. Not recommended.
