I was really hopeful about this tennis platform, but I came away disappointed. The site feels crowded and confusing, so finding the information I needed was a challenge. Reserving a court was unnecessarily complicated, and I ran into technical problems along the way. On top of that, the poor communication and lack of support were frustrating. I expected better from such a well-known sports organization.
