I was disappointed with Njord Gear's claims. While they tout durability, the products fell short during tough conditions. The customization options are limited, and customer service was unresponsive. For the price, I expected much better quality and support.
I was really looking forward to trying Njord Gear after hearing positive reviews, but I was quite disappointed. The customization process for the watch was confusing, and customer service was not as responsive as I had hoped. The quality felt subpar compared to what was advertised as "indestructible." After a week of hard use, the watch showed signs of wear and tear. Honestly, there are much better options out there for durable work gear that won’t let you down.
