I had high hopes for the McHenry County Housing Authority, but their service fell short. Communication was poor, and the assistance programs seemed outdated and ineffective. I left feeling frustrated rather than supported in finding stable housing options. Very disappointing.
I had high hopes for the McHenry County Housing Authority, but my experience was disappointing. The assistance programs seem outdated and not well-communicated, leaving many families struggling to find help. The resource directory is challenging to navigate, and customer service was unresponsive. Overall, it appears they lack the commitment and efficiency needed to truly support the community.
