I was really looking forward to trying the all-electric MINI Cooper at Halliwell Jones Chester, but the experience fell short. The test drive event seemed poorly organized, and the staff appeared more focused on upselling extras than responding to my questions. Although a year of insurance is included, the additional services are expensive. I was also unhappy with how unclear the terms and conditions were. Overall, it felt more like a sales pitch than a genuine effort to look after customers.
