TD Ameritrade

I've had a disappointing experience with Schwab since the merger with TD Ameritrade. The transition was chaotic, and valuable features seem to have been lost in the shuffle. Customer service has been inconsistent, and I often find the app clunky and frustrating. Overall, the promises of exceptional service and transparent pricing feel like empty words. I'm seriously reconsidering my options.
