I was optimistic about NOVUS Glass, but unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to expectations. The repairs took longer than quoted, and there was confusion around the insurance process. The staff were pleasant, but the service itself fell short. Given their promises, I expected more and left feeling disappointed.
I recently took my car to NOVUS Glass to have the windscreen replaced, but sadly, the experience fell short. The staff were friendly, yet the service felt slow and poorly organized. I was told it would be done quickly, but the wait was much longer than expected. There was also little communication about my insurance claim, which made the whole process even more frustrating. I appreciate their effort, but after this experience, I don’t plan to go back.
