Disappointing quality and service; definitely not worth the price.

I was disappointed with my purchase. The luggage felt flimsy, missing the durability I expected. The selection is overwhelming, and the quality didn’t justify the price. Not worth it.

I had high hopes for Travelpro, but my recent experience was disappointing. The website is cluttered and it took too long to navigate through the myriad of categories. I ordered the VersaPack+ series, which was marketed as durable, yet it showed signs of wear after just one trip. Customer service was unhelpful when I reached out for assistance. For the price, I expected better quality and support. I won’t be returning to this brand anytime soon.
