I was really disappointed with my experience at MOSCOT. While they have a long history, their eyeglasses are vastly overpriced for the quality offered. The virtual try-on feature is gimmicky and doesn’t provide an accurate representation. The selection felt limited, lacking modern styles that appeal to a younger audience. Customer service was unhelpful when I inquired about frame fittings. Overall, I expected more from such a renowned brand but left feeling let down and unlikely to return.
