I ordered a product from PinkCherry in hopes of enhancing my intimate life, but when it arrived, it was damaged. I reached out to customer service for assistance, but their responses were slow and unhelpful. After several emails, I still hadn’t received a replacement. I expected better support from a company that prides itself on excellent service, but I was left disappointed.
