Tried using Medgate for a child’s fever, waited over an hour.

I tried to use the Medgate app for a late-night consultation regarding my child's fever. The app crashed repeatedly, leaving me frustrated and without help. Eventually, I had to find a local clinic, wasting precious time. Not impressed.
