KOGA

I was really excited to try a KOGA bike based on their claims and accolades, but my experience has been quite disappointing. The customization options feel limited, and the assembly quality seemed off. Despite their claims of thorough testing and inspection, my bike developed issues within weeks. Also, the promised innovation in e-bikes didn’t live up to the hype; the ride was underwhelming. Overall, I expected much more for the price. I wouldn’t recommend KOGA based on my experience.

I had high hopes for KOGA bikes after hearing about their reputation, but my experience has been disappointing. The bike I received didn't live up to the hype—poor assembly left several components misaligned, and it didn’t perform as advertised. Customer service was unhelpful, and it took longer than expected to get a resolution. While their designs may look sleek, the execution falls short. For the price, I expected much better quality and support. Unfortunately, I won’t be recommending KOGA.
