I was disappointed with my experience using this Prometric exam preparation site. The materials felt outdated and didn’t align well with current exam formats. Additionally, the interface was clunky, making navigation difficult. Customer support was also lacking; my questions took too long to get answers. For something marketed as a comprehensive resource, it didn’t deliver. I expected much more for the price, especially with such a critical exam on the line.
