This company’s customer service is the worst. I spent 1500.00 on the Toyan V8 engine and starter kit. I began to assemble it. Right at the beginning of assembly, two of the eight pistons would not install into the block. I have now been waiting over two months for repair parts. I requested to return the kit and get my money back, but they refused, saying the kit was now used—horrible experience.

I recently ordered a DIY V8 engine model kit for a weekend project. The delivery was impressively fast, arriving the next day. With clear instructions, I enjoyed assembling it, learning more about engine mechanics. The quality was outstanding, and it has become a centerpiece in my collection.
