I recently tried ordering from Craftshack and was disappointed by my experience. The selection seemed promising, but I faced multiple issues during checkout and the customer service was frustratingly slow to respond. To make matters worse, their cancellation policy is incredibly strict, forcing customers into eGift cards instead of cash refunds. The overall user experience felt clunky, and the lack of clear communication about orders left me frustrated. I expected better, especially for a platform specializing in beverages. I won't be ordering again anytime soon.
