I ordered a gift with high hopes, but it arrived late and missing items. Customer service was unhelpful in resolving it.

I recently ordered some earrings for a friend's birthday, but my experience with Lovisa was disappointing. The earrings took longer to arrive than promised, and when they finally did, they were faulty. I contacted customer service for assistance, but the response was slow and unhelpful. It left me embarrassed, and I will be looking elsewhere for future purchases.

I found the selection disappointing and the website confusing. The jewelry didn't seem worth the price, and shipping was slow.
