I expected a lot from HotelshopUK, but the experience was disappointing. Customer service was poor, and the promised “delight” never came through. Booking problems and delayed replies to my questions added avoidable stress to my travel plans. After dealing with them, their claim to be a leading operator seemed overstated. I expected better.
