Northern promises savings and convenience, but their app and service often fall short.

Complicated process, poor services.

I expected a lot from Northern, but my experience has been disappointing. The app is painfully slow and crashes often, sometimes leaving me unable to access my tickets when I need them. Live updates are unreliable, and I’ve dealt with several delays caused by engineering work that wasn’t communicated clearly. Overall, the service feels like more of a hassle than a helpful option for travelers.
