I had high hopes for GoJungo based on their promises of simplifying marketplace integration, but my experience was disappointing. The onboarding process was clunky and took far longer than expected. Their customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful, leaving me frustrated with unanswered questions. Additionally, the promised transparency through their dashboard felt lacking, making it hard to track my sales. Overall, I would not recommend GoJungo based on the lack of efficiency and support I encountered.
