I was really disappointed with the Philips Lumea IPL 9900. The results were underwhelming, and I didn’t notice much difference even after consistent use. The device is also bulky and inconvenient to handle. Given the price, I expected more effective results. I would not recommend it to anyone seeking smooth skin.
