Disappointing experience with customer service and lengthy shipping times. Product quality didn't match the hype, leaving me frustrated overall.

I had high hopes for the Maximus Z mower after all the hype, but it fell short. The performance didn't live up to the claims, and it struggled on uneven terrain. The shopping app is confusing and not user-friendly, making the whole buying experience frustrating. Customer service was unhelpful when I reached out for assistance. Overall, I've been disappointed and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for reliable lawn care tools.
