I was excited to shop at Drakify, but the experience was disappointing. The selection felt disorganized, with too many themed items that seem slapped together without coherence. Processing took longer than advertised, and customer service was unhelpful during my inquiries. When my order finally arrived, the quality didn't match the price—cheap fabric and subpar embroidery. I expected more from a custom shop. Overall, it felt like a rushed and careless operation, and I won’t be returning anytime soon.
